Nothing Gold

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay. -Robert Frost

I Made It

Well, I'm 28 now. I made it past 27. I didn't die like Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Robert Johnson, Kurt Cobain, Brian Jones, Louis Chauvin and Ron McKernan. Hmm.

Congratulations! And happy birthday.

Actually, you've outlived a veritable plane-full of people. I found a list!

Happy birthday Maggie! With death approaching (~60 years or less), we have all the more reason to live life fully!
